October has been an absolutely huge month! Not only have we had the state titles for natural bodybuilding, but we've also had one of our clients compete in the world titles for olympic lifting and also the first Australian Kettlebell Instructor certification to be held in Brisbane.
First things first though, we'd like to say a big congratulations to the perennial performer Michelle Goodall who took out the state titles in the women's over 52kg bodybuilding and then went on to win the overall. Craig and I also did well winning our respective divisions and got to pose with good friend Russell Brereton onstage in the overall. To check out some pics visit our gallery section.
We'd also like to congratulate Valerie Silver who recently took out a Silver medal at the world titles in Olympic lifting. What makes this feat even more impressive is that Valerie has only been olympic lifting for a very short time, and did we mention that she's in the Master's category?!! Well done Valerie.
Coming up over the next couple of weekends are the National Titles for the INBA and ANB which Craig and I will be competing in, so we'll be sure to keep you up to date.
